Two spectacular islands in the middle of the Zambezi River are home to the stunning Islands of Siankaba Lodge. Guests can unwind in the secluded chalets on the smaller of the two islands. Each chalet is perched high above the ground and is linked to the guest areas on the larger island, by a suspended footbridge. The chalets each boast a lovely ensuite bathroom, mosquito netting, a personal bar, ceiling fans and a private balcony that extends over the river.
Delectable meals are served in the excellent restaurant, while lavish high teas can be savoured on the main deck. A welcoming bar area provides the perfect setting for memorable sundowners while a sparkling swimming pool is perfect for cooling down. Adventures include guided nature walks, mekoro (traditional dugout canoe) trips, romantic sunset cruises, tours of the majestic Victoria Falls, whitewater rafting, bungee jumping and cultural excursions to the Siankaba Village.
Listen to traditional welcome songs by the Siankaba Village New Apostolic Church choir while you sip on your pre-dinner drink in the bar area or bmbark on a sunset cruise along the mighty Zambezi and stop at Hippo Island for drinks and snacks.
