Nestled in the remote wilderness of the pristine South Luangwa National Park is the charming Puku Ridge Camp. Named after the dainty puku antelope, this beautiful camp overlooks a sweeping expanse of the fertile Kakumbi dambo (floodplain). Six spacious tents feature beautiful ensuite bathrooms with indoor and outdoor showers, comfortable beds draped in mosquito netting, overhead fans and a private veranda with wraparound views of the floodplain.
Well-lit pathways connect the tents to the bar area, sitting room and dining area, where guests can unwind and reflect on their incredible sightings of the day. Adventures include twice-daily game drives (and night drives) in open 4x4 safari vehicles and bush walks, which are led by a professional guide and an armed national parks scout.
