Situated in the cooler highlands of the renowned Selous Game Reserve is Beho Beho - an intimate safari retreat that offers its guests first-class wildlife encounters on an assortment of safari adventures. Guests will relax in one of eight spacious bandas, each furnished with a king-sized bed, a Zanzibari day bed and ceiling fans. The front of the banda opens onto a lovely veranda and can be secured for the evening with ‘tented curtains’. A lovely ensuite bathroom offers ‘his and hers’ basins and an alfresco shower.
The guest areas include a sparkling swimming pool and a bar area with a billiards table. Dining is a sumptuous affair at Beho Beho. Guests can indulge in an assortment of wholesome menus, which are not confined to the main dinging area of the camp. Bush dining, picnics or private dining in the Eagle’s Nest can be arranged. Adventures include game drives, walking safaris (with walks to the hot springs of Maji Moto) and boating safaris on Lake Tagalala.
