Set along the bank of the beautiful Lugenda River, in the heart of Mozambique’s pristine Niassa National Reserve is the charming Lugenda Wilderness Camp. Eight luxury tents provide beautiful views of the river and surrounding wilderness — each with an oh-so comfy king-size bed, lovely ensuite bathroom and private veranda.
Truly delicious breakfast and lunch menus are served in the camp’s living area, overlooking the river, while tastebud taunting dinners are served either in the boma or on the riverbank. Guests can while away the hours in the sparkling swimming or with a good book under the shade of the camp’s timber and thatch guest area. Adventures include twice-daily game drives and guided nature walks.
