Khwai River Lodge is a renowned game lodge tucked under a canopy of aged indigenous leadwood and fig trees. Its 15 air conditioned, twin-bedded and well furnished, thatched tents offer guests handsome ensuite bathrooms, a mosquito net canopy, personal bar and breathtaking views of the Khwai River floodplain, as well as a shaded deck facing the river.
The lodge also provides guests with a thatched dining room, bar and sitting area with an open fireplace. There is a heated swimming pool and a secluded viewing platform (overlooking the river) for guests to birdwatch. Adventures include morning and evening game drives (both inside and outside of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve), guided walks, birdwatching as well as an arranged visit to Khwai Village.
