DAY 1 - 3: OKAVANGO DELTA

On arrival at Maun Airport you will be warmly welcomed by a member of the &Beyond team, who will help you onto a light aircraft flight into the Okavango Delta.

A maze of sparkling lagoons, meandering channels and overgrown islands, the Okavango Delta lies at the heart of the Kalahari Desert. Known as 'the river that never finds the sea', crystal clear channels spread over the thirstlands of the Kalahari with their papyrus fringed banks and fertile floating islands. Adapted for a life in and out of water, the elegant red lechwe and shy sitatunga are found in this watery wilderness. Lion, leopard, cheetah and wild dog share the floodplains with large herds of elephant and buffalo, while hippo inhabit the deeper channels and lagoons.

Spend three nights in your choice of the following:

Your stay includes three meals daily, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, teas and coffees, scheduled safari activities, laundry and park fees. Enjoy twice-daily game drives, nature walks, as well as mokoro (dugout canoe) expeditions and boat cruises (water activities only available at &Beyond Nxabega).

Day 4 - 6: Makgadikgadi Pans

Board a light aircraft flight to Tsigaro Airstrip where a vehicle will be waiting to drive you to Jack’s Camp in the incredible Makgadikgadi Pans National Park.

The largest salt pans in the world, the Makgadikgadi Pans are the remnants of an ancient lake. Interspersed among the pans is sandy desert, with occasional patches of vegetation. One of Africa's biggest populations of zebra makes this expanse of white sand and salt their home. When rains fall during the wet season the pans are filled with water and attract large flocks of flamingo, as well as big herds of zebra, springbok and wildebeest, followed closely by predators. An ideal romantic safari honeymoon destination!

Spend three nights at Jack's Camp in a stylish canvas tent with indoor and al fresco showers, as well as a private veranda.

Your stay includes three meals daily, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, teas and coffees, scheduled safari activities and park fees.

Day 7: Departure

You will be driven back to Tsigaro airstrip for a light aircraft flight to Maun International Airport where your adventure with us will end.
