&Beyond Kirkman's Kamp is a traditional 1920's homestead comprising of 18 guest cottages.  It is regarded as one of the best loved lodges in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve - famed for its intimate wildlife encounters, particularly leopard viewing.

Kirkman’s Kamp has entered into a five-year co-traversing agreement with Lion Sands Private Game Reserve.  Our expert rangers are now able to explore more than 6 500 hectares of prime wildlife land bordering 12 km of Sabie River frontage and 11 km of the Sand River.  Our trackers are also now able to sit on the front seat of the game drive vehicles, enabling them to follow various wildlife tracks even better, share more exciting wildlife encounters, ultimately enhancing your African safari experience even more.

Accommodation

&Beyond Kirkman's Kamp is modelled and furnished in the traditional colonial style of the old Transvaal.  The camp invokes a rich, historic atmosphere, ensuring a unique African safari experience.  Each air conditioned guest cottage includes a private veranda, fireplace and ensuite bathroom with a free-standing bath.  Find out more from our photo gallery.
