It is always a pleasure to receive feedback on how the &Beyond experience has touched our guests. For many of them, a life-long love affair with Africa's wide open spaces and its incredible wildlife has started at one of our lodges across the continent. Others have formed lasting friendships with the warm and welcoming &Beyonders they have met on safari. Here is just a sample of the incredible comments we have been receiving from our guests staying at Xaranna Okavango Delta Camp.
Guest - Something unique

SOMETHING UNIQUE

GUEST
"The lodge is beautiful and the tented style is something unique. Going to bed with a frog symphony-orchestra and looking at the sky gives you a deep and dreamful sleep."
The hospitality of the team as well as the cooking was very good. Game viewing in Botswana is not as easy as in Phinda or Sabi but we had some good sightings as well as unforgettable scenery. The helicopter flight was one of the top highlights during the holiday !
Guest - Superb game viewing

SUPERB GAME VIEWING

GUEST
"The game viewing was superb and we were fortunate enough to spot leopard, lions, giraffe and elephants on the first drive."
The abundant bird life kept us entertained while searching for the bigger creatures and the scenery is just breathtaking. The overall experience was superb and the memories will last a lifetime.
Van Dyke Family, UK - The trip was fantastic!

THE TRIP WAS FANTASTIC!

VAN DYKE FAMILY, UK
"Our first encounter was with the &Beyond reception. They felt that the kid's suitcase might be too big for Safari Air so they loaned us a bag and sent our empty one on to Kasane where we swapped back. All went without a hitch. Our favorite place for the trip was clearly Xaranna, even if we still cannot correctly pronounce it. Ross and his team there did a great job."
TJ and Reps were our personal ranger and tracker. They were the best of the trip as well. The camp was full for Christmas Eve. But the service and personal attention stayed at the same high level as when we were the sole guests. The game is spread out in this area of the delta and the game drives are extended before you see anything. But when you find something you really believe you found a fully wild occurrence. TJ was very adept at knowing where to go to find the game. There was no radio chatter guiding the hunt. This was all TJ and Reps. In fact we would go for days without seeing a soul who was not at the camp. The highlight was finding a leopard and her two cubs. They stayed at their spot for days because of the dead impala that they had not yet consumed. There were lots of birds. We saw over 60 species there. And we enjoyed our little fishing expedition where we caught (and released) lots of little African Pike. We had a great Christmas Eve dinner where all sat down together. It really felt like we were a part of the family there.
