What you get

  • Personalised Travel Journal

  • Eight days’ hire of a Group B (option V) or Group D (option D) car, calculated on a 24-hour period. Including the contract fee, unlimited kilometres, super collision damage waiver, super theft loss waiver, Europ assist, tourism levy, value added tax, airport surcharge, option for mobile phone rental (must be booked in advance), national and regional maps, inbound guide / useful information for the tourist, traveller’s booklet, delivery fee (during office hours) and one way rental from Cape Town to George Airport.

  • Two days’ hire of a Group B car (option V) or Group D car (option D).  Car rental is based on eight days (add on) rental for the safari section, which is calculated on a 24-hour period, including the same as above. (For the Safari add on option)

  • All scheduled domestic and international flights, visas and airport taxes

  • Petrol and toll road fees, claim handling administration fee, a ZAR 1 000.00 refundable deposit, additional driver charge, young driver surcharge and cross border fees, if applicable, windscreen damage, tyre, rim and hubcaps damage, water and undercarriage damage, towing charges, fine handling fees, no show charges, baby seats, trailers, insurance and call charges on mobile phone.

  • Single room supplement applicable at &Beyond lodges, if booking more than two single rooms. (applicable for the Safari add on)
  • At Kwandwe: champagne, cognacs, cellar wines, premium brand spirits, cigars and cigarettes. (applicable for the Safari add on)

  • All pricing is indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Rates are subject to a minimum of two guests traveling.
  • Rates quoted are subject to availability and subject to change.
  • Tours spanning over two or more date periods will be costed up according to accurate rates at the time of quoting.
  • Please take note that the luggage restriction for the charter flights is 20 kg in small soft bags.
  • Due to the increasing global cost of oil, fuel levies on scheduled and private flights as well as road transfers, may increase at any given moment. As this is not a &Beyond charge, this cost will unfortunately be passed onto our guest.
