DAY 1 - 3: CAPE TOWN

On arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be warmly welcomed by a member of the &Beyond team, who will help you to collect your rental car. Drive yourself to your hotel.

With Table Mountain at its heart and two oceans at its feet, the city of Cape Town is strategically positioned at the south-western tip of Africa. Vibrant, cosmopolitan and an eclectic mixture of old and new, this laid-back city is as much at home with its 17th century castle as it is with its sleek skyscrapers and trendy malls. The city also boasts South Africa's first mosque, its oldest wine farm, a 350-year-old castle and timelessly beautiful beaches.

Unwind for three nights in a standard luxury room at the Steenberg Hotel. Your stay includes breakfast, an 18-hole round of golf at the Steenberg Golf Course, chauffeur driven services to local restaurants and shopping centres within a 5 km radius of the hotel, shuttle service to the V&A Waterfront from 10h00 to 15h30 daily, wine tasting at Steenberg Vineyards, port and sherry in all guest lounges, use of a computer with Internet access in the Barn Lounge, wifi in all public areas and daily newspapers in all lounges

Day 4 - 5: Hermanus

After breakfast, check out and drive yourself to the town of Hermanus.

Hermanus is acknowledged as the best land-based whale watching site in the world. Once hunted almost to extinction, these gentle giants loll in the waters within a stone's throw of the rocky shore, where one can site and commune with them for hours.

Spend two nights in a deluxe room at Arabella Western Cape Hotel and Spa. Your stay includes bed and breakfast, as well as a round of golf on the Arabella Golf Course, access to the Arabella Spa and unlimited wireless internet access.

Day 6 - 7: George

After breakfast, leave Hermanus and drive along the scenic Garden Route to the town of George.

Tucked between the breathtaking Outeniqua Mountains and the Indian Ocean, George is the hub of the renowned Garden Route, an area of spectacular forests, lakes, rivers and mountains. The sixth oldest town in South Africa, George is filled with reminders of its gracious past. The town is also a mecca for golfers, with a number of courses consistently appearing on the list of the country's top ten. Although George itself is not on the coastline, the secluded beaches of nearby Victoria Bay are ideal for surfing, while the holiday resort of Herold's Bay offers large tidal pools.

Relax for two nights in a suite at Fancourt. Your stay includes breakfast, as well as an 18-hole round of golf on the Outeniqua Golf Course.

Day 8 - 9: Knysna

After breakfast, drive further along the coast to Knysna.

From its forests, where elephants still roam to lagoons filled with oysters, Knysna is famous for many things. This beautiful town is surrounded by rolling hills and a vast lagoon guarded jealously at the entrance to the sea by two massive cliff faces known as The Heads.

Indulge in two nights at a luxury suite at Pezula Resort Hotel and Spa. Your stay includes breakfast, a round of golf, use of the hot spa area and gym facilities, 24-hour internet access in the business centre, tea and coffee in room with daily homemade rusks and the shuttle service on the Pezula Private Estate.

Day 10: Departure

After breakfast, drive back along the coast to George Airport, where your adventure with us will end.
