Okavango Delta - Winding Waterways
The Okavango Delta is the world’s largest inland delta and a miracle of nature. This magical oasis of islands and waterways flowers in the middle of the arid Kalahari Desert. Guided mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions take you into the heart of the Delta and up close to excellent game viewing and birdwatching.
This remarkable region is a Wetland of International Importance (RAMSAR site) due to its unique ecosystem.
