African Homesteads, the luxury private safari homes on &Beyond Phinda Private Game Reserve have earned top honours at the International Property Awards in San Diego, USA. African Homesteads received the award for Best International Property, the most prestigious category of the Awards. The International Property Awards are the largest celebration of the residential and commercial property industry worldwide. African Homesteads triumphed over other finalists from the competition’s six geographical regions (Africa, Europe, Middle East, UK, Americas, and Asia-Pacific) to clinch the top accolade. The judges in the competition were selected from the world’s leading architectural firms, the international property media, and international interior design companies.
