2012 - &Beyond - World's 5th Top Safari Operator

&Beyond has been listed as the world’s 5th Top Safari Operator in the US Travel + Leisure 2012 World’s Best Awards readers’ survey. In addition to this accolade, &Beyond Kichwa Tembo and &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge were voted among the Top 100 Hotels overall and the Top 20 Hotels in Africa and the Middle East. Kichwa Tembo was also listed 27th in the Top 50 Hotels and Ngorongoro Crater Lodge received ‘Hall of Fame’ recognition for being listed in these awards every year for the past decade.

2012 - NamibRand - International Dark Sky Reserve

First it was &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, then &Beyond Phinda Mountain Lodge. Now, we are pleased to announce that &Beyond Kirkman’s Kamp has also been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for consistently receiving an outstanding 4.5 rating from the site’s well-travelled members. Condé Nast Traveller (UK) has released its prestigious Gold List 2012, viewed by many as the definitive guide to the world’s best hotels, which are carefully selected for service, location, food, rooms, leisure facilities, and ambience and design. Among the Best Hotels for Location, &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge receives top honours in the Africa, Middle East & Indian ocean category.
