In addition to channelling funds directly into the conservation of biodiversity, &Beyond contributes annual subscriptions to a variety of regional conservation NGOs with proven track records and affiliations, and independent research or conservation projects. In addition to providing financial support, we are also involved with hands-on collaboration in terms of data gathering and research in the reserves where we operate.

We attract staff who are passionate about &Beyond's fundamental defining principle: dedication to the Care of the Land, Care of the Wildlife and Care of the People. Training is a way of life at &Beyond, and the love of learning, upskilling and sharing knowledge is a core value.

We have trained poachers to become pastry chefs and kitchen cleaners to become rangers - nothing is impossible to a heart that is ruled by guest delight.
